Double room in a peaceful flat close to Chorlton

Living with one other (me), the flat is on the Metrolink a few minutes walk to Firswood stop, very quick into the city. 10 minutes walk to Chorlton's cafes and shops.

The room has a double bed, large built in wardrobe, desk and chair. The rent includes all bills (council tax band A) and fast broadband.

I've previously had short term rents and long term lodgers for years.

I'm 39, I work from home mostly and travel out to teach here and there. I'm a part time yoga teacher part time events freelancer.

I have two guinea pigs who live in the living space, but won't bother you!
