I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely, modern fifth-floor apartment as I’ll be moving soon so I can be closer to my workplace. The double room comes fully furnished and has its own private bathroom.

The flat is bright, stylish, and secure, with a really calm, welcoming vibe. It’s ideal for professionals or students who want somewhere easy and comfortable to live.

Location-wise, it’s super convenient. You’re close to local amenities and great transport links, including Old Trafford Metrolink, which makes getting around Manchester quick and easy. There are also some great green spaces nearby like Seymour Park and Longford Park — perfect for walks, runs, or just switching off.

You’d be sharing with one other tenant who is hardly ever home and usually away most weekends. She does smoke, but never inside the flat and is very respectful about keeping the place fresh.
