We are looking for someone for the bedroom from June for this beautiful house we share between close friends.

It's a single room at a house for 4, close to Trafford bar Tram Station area.

It's a single bed and the room is quaint with an amazing view out the window, house is massive and has a lot of communal space.

The rent is £375 excluding bills. An estimate for bills is usually between £60-80, but differs according to usage. The bills include Water, Electricity, Gas, Broadband and Council tax. The Council tax is £148 that's divided equally among the housemates.

Looking for someone who wants to become our friends too, if possible. We are very community driven and love to do things together as well as respecting each others' spaces.

House is massive and bright with excellent housemates and brilliant public transport routes to town, City centre nearby, shops, Seymore park, etc. Plenty of shops nearby for your daily necessities. We have a front patio, 2 Living rooms (one dinning room), Kitchen all communal. We have a washer and dryer, alongside microwave and oven to meet your needs. We also have 2 toilets in the house. Main bathroom is shared between 4 people.

We love entertaining friends and occasionally organise gatherings and parties so if you only want a room and not the rest, this is probably not for you. Direct and honest communication are key.
