Hi, my names Ollie I've lived in this current flat since Feb with a friend, who now has to move on due to work changes.
I'm looking for someone to take on the tenancy from 26 Sept but the date is somewhat flexible if referencing is passed sooner.
Great South Manchester location in Whalley Range near plenty of shops, bus stop and across the street from alexandra park (can see from the balcony which also gets sun all day), very nice and quite area, easy to get to most places in the city.
Comes with private parking, outside area and bike sheds.

Feel free to ask any details or more about me and the flat.
Viewings available.
Bills (electric, water, gas, C-tax band B, wifi) come to just under £150 on top of the £600 rent.

Let through a great local agency who also manage the building and flat, easy going and nice to deal with.
Would need guarantor or some rent up front.
This is from the agent:
“If you have someone you would like to take on the tenancy with, please just provide their contact details and we will send them the application forms.
The new tenant would need to pay rent - £600.00 and deposit - £650.00 at the start of the tenancy.
Annual salary requirement for the new tenant 22k per annum and we would need confirmation from their employer. New tenant would also need to provide a landlord reference if they have been renting previously.
The new tenancy would then start on the 26/09/26.”

Flat comes as furnished or unfurnished as you need, agent are happy to accomodate for what you like.
Bed and wardrobes are the only bedroom furniture staying.
living room comes as pictured.
Own private bathroom (two en suites, one has a bath, mine has a shower only and I very occasionally ask to use the bath.

I'm freelance self employed working in live music and events, creative/photographer and also stage/venue/festival management and crew.

I'm a clean, tidy, professional and chill flatmate looking for the same, I'm out a lot and active, into keeping fit but like to spend time at home to wind down, not particularly noisy or having friends over a lot but not opposed to it with notice, do enjoy going out and socialising, bars/pub/clubs/gigs, parks, driving to countryside and road trips, skating, cycling, nature walks.
Enjoy cooking and happy to share, plenty of things to use in the kitchen and all brand new appliances.

Have lived in shared flats for the last 13 years, with a variety of people and mix of genders and ages etc, open to most and adaptable, like to be friends as well as flatmates.
Always friendly and keep good communication with people I live with, respect for space and boundaries etc, accommodating for neurodivergent and lgbtq+ folk absolutely an ally and politically very left!
