I’m looking for someone to move into my 2-bed flat in M16 from October 23rd, as my current flatmate is moving in with her partner.

It’s a double room with its own en-suite and a balcony with a really nice view! Rent is £576.50 per month, and typically comes out at around £760 with all bills included, including council tax.

The flat itself is spacious and bright, with a living room and open-plan kitchen, lots of natural light and two separate bathrooms. There’s also a tram stop just down the road, which gets you into town in around 15 minutes, or it’s about a 30-minute walk.
