Hello! We are looking for a house mate, as our lovely Sonny is sadly leaving ☹️ who will be greatly missed!

Our house is a large semi detached property in Whalley range near the Carlton club and Hillary step. It’s also a 2 min walk from the bus stop a 10 minute walk to firswood tram stop and takes about 20/30 minutes to get into town.

The room is a large ground floor room and comes furnished with a bed and some other items. Updated pictures are to follow as the room has recently been given a glow up.

Bills usually come to about £130 on top of rent (less in summer).

A bit about us!

In the house there is Jessamine (28) who works full time in the legal world, Grace (27), a costume design student also working part time as a hairdresser and Guy (32), a full time masters student… We’re a social bunch and enjoy cooking and going out together whether that’s for a pint, cinema or a walk. We also all enjoy doing our own thing as well, with a big mix of creative and sporty hobbies between us. We’re looking for someone who’d ideally be looking to live long term, who will continue to help make our house a home :)
