My partner and I live with our 2 dogs in the small village of Ormiston, East Lothian.

Our dogs are very friendly and will only be allowed in the garden, garage and kitchen utility room.

Myself and my partner are in our 40s and are a hardworking professional couple. Both non smokers.

Due to the size of the house ( 4 double bedrooms) we have decided to let one of the spare rooms out.

Options are as follows-

-£180-inclusive of bills.
Double bedroom with built in fitted wardrobes double bed and bedside drawers with bedside lamp. Shared bathroom and kitchen. fibre broadband.

There will also be a space for your vehicle.

Rent will be paid in advanced on a monthly basis and a holding cleaning deposit fee of £350 will also be payable in advance.

Ormiston is a quiet town. There are local buses and the Reserch Centre is close by. Tranent is the closest town (2 miles away) that has all local amenities.
