This self- contained one bedroom garden annex is in a gorgeous location at the bottom of our garden. We are looking for a Monday to Friday lodger to share this space with us. It comprises of a bedroom, open plan sitting room/ kitchenette and a shower room.
The sitting room/ kitchen / bathroom space would be shared during the day while the lodger was at work, as it would form a clinic space for my work. However this would only be between the hours of 9am- 6pm and not necessarily every day. As a result, although the space would need to be kept clean and tidy it wouldn’t be shared in the evenings/ mornings.
We are a family with children but the annex is at the bottom of the garden.
Please get in touch with any questions, however we can not extend this to a full time rental, it is ONLY for Monday-Friday ie. 4 nights a week.
