I have a 15 yr old son who lives with me half the week. He plays football in Manchester so I’m out every Tuesday night, every other Thursday and every other Saturday.

My girlfriend lives next door but one and I see her most other nights so the house will be empty a fair portion of the week.

We live in a very characterful building that’s set in 7 acres of land. We’re on a private road so it’s very peaceful. There is a train station half a mile away that gets you in to Leeds in 8 minutes so very accessible. We also have a private tennis court.

The room is a double room on a separate floor to me. It has built in wardrobe and comes furnished.
