Hi!

My current flatmates are both moving overseas, so I'm looking to find new flatmates to take over the tenancy in the two double rooms starting June 2024!

The house

The house is a beautiful 3-bedroom house with an amazing garden and well-equipped facilities.
This house is the second largest in the neighbourhood and was recently renovated a few years ago. With careful maintenance, all hardware is very new, all of which are Bosch.
There is a large open-plan living room and kitchen area. There are large open windows leading directly to the beautiful garden at the back.
The garden features beautiful plantings and landscaping, including rose bushes, olive trees, various herbs, and a large lawn.
All equipment needed for BBQ and a brand new set of garden outdoor tables and chairs are available.
Perfect for relaxing, reading, entertaining family and friends.

The whole house is equipped with automatic sensor lights, making it safe and comfortable to use the bathroom or return home at night.

There are three options:

Room A £1150
A double room with fantastic large soundproof windows overlooking the garden, plenty of sunlight.
There is a systematic wardrobe and clean off-white walls.

Room B £900
A single room, located next to Room A.
Can be rented separately or used in conjunction with Room A
Clean off-white walls.
Plenty of sunlight, although not as direct as Room A, the light is still very bright and lively.

Room A+ Room B £1950

These two room can be rented together with Room A and can be used as a studio!
If rented together, the price is £1950, suitable for couples or freelancers. If both rooms are rented together, you can enjoy a floor with an exclusive bathroom.

Bills split equally
Council tax is also split

Location:
Only five minutes from Mudchaut DLR.
Buses can also go directly to Canary Wharf, Jubilee Line, Elizabeth Line.

Nearby there are large Asda, Tesco, and Asian supermarkets.
Cutty Sark also has many lovely cafes, and it is very convenient to reach Greenwich

About me
I'm Zee, 30 years old.
I am a creative worker and artist, usually I go to the art studio, sometimes I work at home with computer.

I enjoy cooking, a clean and comfortable home environment, and relaxed chats with flatmates.

I am looking for like-minded flatmates who are clean and tidy to share this space with, and willing to communicate the standards of home cleaning together.

If you enjoy a tidy and quiet home life, we will definitely get along very well!
