We have a lovely king size bedroom with en-suite to rent in our lovely two bedroom house.

The room is located upstairs and it is fully furnished - includes a double bed with bedside tables, a huge build-in wardrobe and a book shelf.

SHARED SPACES
The house is very modern and comes with an open-space kitchen (fully equipped) with a dining area and a large living room. There is also a storage for bags and suitcases and a guests toilet downstairs. The launge is spacious so there is also a space for a desk if you need to work from home. Private parking is available.

HOUSEMATES
You will be sharing the space with our flatmates Zi and Coral. They are a professional couple in their 20s. They are clean and easy-going couple who loves cats. They like to socialize, play the piano and cooking some amazing dishes.

LOCATION
The house is only 8 minutes walk from Mudchute DLR station, 10 minutes walk from Island Gardens DLR station and 15 minutes walk from Crossharbour DLR station. The location has a great connetion to central London. There is also a bus stop just in front of the house.

AREA
Zone 2. It is a very friendly area with a lot of parks. There is a big ASDA superstore near by, as well as Tesco Express and lots of corner shops. Greenwich and Cutty Sark is just on the other side of the river, with plenty of pubs, restaurants and a market.

Bills are not included but they are around 100£ per person
