We are 2 quiet, educated, and clean hard workers and we have 1 bedroom available in the duplex. 

- The room is double, furnished, and deep cleaned. The room has a wardrobe and a bed with a comfortable and clean mattress. The room is big enough to be able to fit in any other things you may want to (desks, makeup table, wardrobes)
- A clean and tidy kitchen which includes a dining area.
- The bathroom has a shower cabin and a bath tube.
- An nice big balcony in front.

Bedroom price includes: rent + water + gas + electricity + 100MB fiber optic broadband + council tax + cleaner (cleaning products, toilet paper and stuff)

We are looking for a clean, respectful and sociable person. The room is available from now.

We have 3 rules which we think are more common sense principles: no wearing outside shoes in the house, no smoking inside the property, and no hard partying (we are working professionals and we respect each others' space and need for rest).
