The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets (1 shower), kitchen with dish washer, spacious living room and a balcony overlooking the thames. The room available is a single bed room which can fit a small desk and wardrobe as shown in picture. It also has a storage space that could be used as wardrobe built into the wall (not shown in pics). The flat is about 15/20 mins walk from canary wharf station and is also close to DLR. There is also a bus stop right under the house. Bills should fairly cheap as building has central heating. I am open to have anyone in the flat as basic house rules are respected: clean up after yourselves and don't leave a mess in common rooms. Although me and my flatmate are both uni students we like the flat to be clean and peacefull. Can't think of much else to say....if you are interested we can arrange to view the flat and have a chat about it.
