I'm moving out of my room in April and I'm looking for someone to take over.

The house is very chill and and quiet, definitely not a party house, please keep that in mind. Ideally we're looking for a young professional as the rest of the house is young professionals and also ideally female to keep the balance of the house. 😊 The house has 4 bedrooms, a large living room/lounge, a big kitchen, a small garden, one bathroom and an additional separate toilet. The house is generally in a quiet place, but you can hear the train as we're close to the train station (5 mins from here). There are also several bus stops close by and Greenwich retail park (M&S, Sainsbury's etc.) also very close. North Greenwich tube station is about 10-15 mins by bus, depending on traffic.

❗Now some disclaimers. I have a cat 😺 (who's moving with me) and over the years several cats 🐈 have lived here with previous tenants. With that said the house might not suit you if you have an allergy. ❗The other disclaimer is that the house is currently under sale (❗), therefore it's impossible to say the length of the tenancy. The landlord will give us 2 months of notice once he finds a buyer. This also means that we have viewings, so if you work from home or study please keep in mind. We do get notifications of viewings in advance, but it's still something you have to know.❗
