Looking for our flatmate’s replacement for a furnished double room with an ensuite bathroom.

The flat is fully furnished with an open plan kitchen/living room area. Amenities include oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a balcony.
Flat is a 2 bedroom with one of them occupied.

The rent is inclusive of council tax. Other bill include heating, electricity and water average at £120 per month and are shared between flatmates.

Property is located in Marine Wharf complex. With a 10mins walk to Surrey Quays Station and 15 to Canada Water Station. There is a tesco express right outside the building as well as a tesco superstore about 7mins away. Area is surrounded by many cafes and plenty lovely walking spaces.

We’re looking for someone to fill in a space for our previous flatmate until September when our contract runs out.

My flatmate Max and I are both 24. I work in hospitality as a room service supervisor and Max works in customer service. We mostly spend time watching movies, reading (Max is also into drawing) or just chatting and going for walks.
