Flat is located in a very quiet residental area which means that the noise must be kept at reasonable level at all times! This means no parties or loud music. Flat is in well maintained and clean condition and I expect tenants to keep it that way, especially shared areas such as living room, kitchen and bathroom. No smoking anywhere in the flat and no pets.

There are excellent bus and train/tube links to Greenwich and central London. 1 min walk to the bus stop. Canada Water- 10mins by bus or Deptford - 5 mins walk. One stop to London Bridge from Deptford. Greenwich is 10 min bus ride away.
