Hello everyone,

Our housemate recently moved out and we've a room left to rent. We're two friends living and working in London. We're looking for a like-minded housemate to fit in with our easy-going house in Greenwich.

It's a modern, well-located house (5 mins walk to Deptford Bridge DLR and 10 mins walk to Greenwich / New Cross stations).

It has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a seperate kitchen, two toliets, a laundry room and a large garden with patio, table + chairs & bbq.

The room is availble from the 15th July and it comes fully furnished with a bed, new mattress, standalone wardrobe, seperate built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and side table.

We're both friendly and sociable, we go a weekly pub quiz at the local and cook together a few nights a week.
