Hi!

My name is Rob and I'm looking for a nice housemate to share my place with on a short term let until the beginning of May.

The room is available immediately and has been recently painted and renovated. All bills included in the listprice.

The flat is lovely. I moved in about two years ago and have been doing it up since. Living room, Spare room, Kitchen and bathroom are all newly renovated and pretty stylish if I do say so myself.

There is a good sized living room with a nice bright dining nook and a well appointed kitchen and bathroom. There is also a spare room with a sofa bed which doubles as a study/studio which you are free to use if you work from home. The room on offer is well sized, newly painted and comes with a double bed with an Emma Hybrid mattress, built in wardrobe, full length mirror and lots of storage.

The flat is in a great location. It's 5 minutes walk from both New Cross (Overground and rail) and Deptford Bridge (DLR) stations; on loads of Bus routes (London Bridge, Lewisham, Peckham, Greenwich). Deptford high street with it's market, and cool bars and cafes is 5 minutes away as is Brockley Farmers market. And the local pub is just round the corner.

You'd be sharing with me (M, 38). I'm an architect working in central London. I enjoy cycling, cooking and relaxing with a book or some good TV!
