Hi all,

We’re Hayley and Nadia. And are looking for a new person to join our home.
The flat is on a quiet leafy street in Blackheath. We have access to a large communal garden and free off-street parking. The house is Victorian and we have the entire 1st floor with double fronted sash windows. We have two bathrooms, a large entrance hallway, a large kitchen, and a huge open-plan living/dining room. The bathrooms have been fully renovated since the video was taken. The shared rooms in the flat are fully furnished by me (Hayley) however, the new flatmate will need to supply some kitchenware as there is not enough for three people.

We’re a 5-minute walk from Greenwich Park and the Heath is at the end of our road. The closest stations are Blackheath and Westcombe Park, both are 15-minute walk or 5 minutes on the bus. The nearest tube is North Greenwich which you can get the bus to from just round the corner and takes roughly 15 minutes.

The room available is the smallest of the three but still a good size (this is resembled in a lower rent price). It comes unfurnished but the current flatmate may be willing to sell some of the items if anyone is interested. This room is available from mid July with flexibility on the date.

Bills are not included and are £144.38 each month (broadband included). The deposit is £730.67 each.

A bit of information about us - Hayley is 31 and training as a Therapist with the NHS and also looks after little dogs in the week when working from home as I used to run a doggy daycare service - so a love of animals is essential. Nadia is 34 and privately tutors children with special education needs. We enjoy spending our free time exploring ventures in London, reading, cooking and at home relaxing.

Please note the room is NOT open to men, and ideally we are seeking an individual age 28+ looking to stay long-term. Also, no fully remote workers so that everyone gets some time alone at home preferably - hybrid welcome!
