You also have exclusive access to an adjoining modern bathroom (with its own shower). The room is quiet, newly refurbished and has direct access to the rear garden/terrace area. You would have access to the communal kitchen/dining room area on the ground floor.

We are a busy professional couple with two school-age children. However, we tend to retire upstairs from about 8.30 pm.
