My partner and I (and dog) are looking for someone to take over our tenancy in a one bed flat Deptford. It is available from the 2nd of July as we are moving out of area - tenancy can be long-term or short-term.

The second floor flat is on a quiet road opposite Deptford Park and comprises of a hallway, bathroom, spacious double bedroom and an open plan living room and kitchen.

The sofa, bed and wardrobes come with the property.

It has its own allocated parking space and is pet friendly - we have lived here with our puppy without any isssues.

It has great bus connections to central London and is within walking distance to Surrey quays (overground); Canada water (jubilee); Deptford and new cross stations (trains). New Cross has a 6min train to London Bridge!

As mentioned above, the tenancy can either be long-term or short-term, we would ideally like to find someone who is ready to move in the next few weeks and can stay until at least 02/11/24 (4 months). That being said the move in date is flexible.
