Largest room available in beautiful house in Brockley with 4 lovely girls in late twenties in creative fields. Bills not included. Looking for a long term tenant to replace me in the house.

Due to the size the room is perfect for working from home, yoga, space to do creative projects – whatever you want! Room can be furnished or unfurnished as you want.

The house includes a big shared living room and the huuuuugest garden you’ve ever seen in London.

2 minutes walk to Brockley overground so east and central London only 30-45 mins away. Lots of nice shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and parks within walking distance.

There’s a good social vibe in the house, but equally it’s not a party house – everyone is respectful of noise and keeping the house feeling clean and chill for everyone. Most of us have been friends for years so we often socialise together but also happy for you to do your own thing equally!

We’re ideally looking for a long term tenant to replace me in the house. Must be able to pay rent from April 2 and ideally eventually replace me on the tenancy agreement - which is beneficial for you as it gives you protections and rights as a tenant.

Deposit would be first month’s rent upfront (so you would only pay rent again a month after moving in), plus another one time fee if you eventually replace me on the tenancy. This would go into a protected deposit scheme through the estate agent. We can discuss this further if you’re interested in the room :)
