My lovely flat out has a large open plan kitchen diner living room with soundproof windows, underfloor heating and radiators, clean kitchen worktops, cupboards and new flooring.

I have recently relocated from Scotland to London with my small Labrador working cocker X dog and will be starting a new job in September. I am willing to negotiate a lower rent cost for help with doggie sitting/walking as I spend £250 a month on this. The ad says I am live out landlord which I cannot seem to change to live in! I am a friend of Mrs Madrigal for those of you who know her!

It is part of a small block of 8 privately owned apartments. All the neighbours are quiet, respectful professionals and know me and each other so living here feels less anonymous and safer that many places I have lived in London.

Location wise it sits between historic rich Greenwich and arty, Deptford with it's good fresh food, street markets and great selection of bars, cafes, live music pubs, theatres and galleries. It's a good place to live!
