My flatmate is unfortunately moving on and so I’m looking for a new flatmate!

The flat is a top floor small 2 bed directly opposite hillyfields park and is a wonderful location! There is also lots of free parking available.

The flat has been refurbished and everything is good quality. The room available has a new double glazed window looking out into the garden.

The flat unfortunately does not have a living room but there is room for a small sofa in the kitchen if we’d like one or may get a dining room table.

10 mins from Brockley station overground
7-10 mins from Ladywell station with direct trains to London Bridge
5 mins from Co-op/ Sainsburys local
20 min walk to Lewisham high street
<1 min from beautiful Holyfield Park
