Up for rent is my double bedroom in a super convenient zone 2 location. All furniture in the pictures is included. En-suite with a large tub and shower for personal use. Private garden access from en suite. Very limited noise from neighbours due to being at the back of the building - peace and privacy can be enjoyed. Cleaner comes around 1-2 times per month to sort out all the communal areas.
All bills are included (water, gas, electric, wifi, council tax), and the property also benefits from free on street parking right outside. Very rare to find in london

The house is currently occupied by 3 other tenants (2 males and 1 female) all young professionals working in different fields (law, arts, software). Everyone is respectful and friendly, with the house usually being quiet as everyone is busy living the london life.
About me: I have been in and out of this house for 5-6 years and have a close relationship with the landlord. The rooms have been rented to my friends through me and I am looking to rent out my en suite as I am going travelling for the next 3-4 months and then I am moving away for a new job once I’m back. I can only guarantee to rent the room out until September as tenancy agreement is renewed with landlord every 6. However, I am close to certain that this room is available for long term to come as it has been continuously renewed for years.
