Large furnished double room in a modern 2-bed/2-bath flat, a 1-minute walk from Maze Hill station, with Greenwich Park on the doorstep.

The room: Spacious double with a desk, plenty of storage and great views across London. It has its own en-suite, recently refurbished with a large walk-in shower. I have a separate bathroom, so the en-suite is yours alone. I bought the flat unfurnished couple of months ago and fitted it out from scratch, so the furniture, appliances and mattress are all new.

The flat: Bright open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker and more). The living room has a 65" TV with a home-theatre setup, and there's a balcony with panoramic views over London.

Transport: Maze Hill station (Southeastern) is 1 minute away, and Cutty Sark DLR is about 15 minutes on foot. Greenwich town centre is walkable.

Rent: £1,200 pcm. Council tax, utilities and broadband are split (~£150 per person). Deposit £1,200. Available now, minimum 6 months. Smoking on the balcony is fine, not indoors.
