Hi there, the room available from 2 February on a short term basis (one/two months), before I plan to rent the whole flat out.

I’m looking for a tidy, considerate flatmate to share my 2-bed apartment in a quiet, well-maintained development. It’s a new build (2020) and I’ve lived here for five years and really value the space – it’s a relaxing, comfortable place to come home to. I will be away for parts of the week/weekends, so you will also benefit from having the place to yourself.

**The apartment**
The apartment is located centrally within the development and is set back from the roads, so benefits from low street noise. It’s on the second floor/third level (out of five levels) and has an integrated air filtration system for clean/fresh air. All bills are included.

The open plan kitchen, dining and living areas are nicely separated and are finished to a high standard (including dishwasher and bean to cup coffee machine). The balcony is a great size, fitting a corner sofa unit and separate table and chairs. Separate secure bike storage is provided on the ground floor. Concierge service is provided 7am-7pm Monday to Saturday.

**Your room and private bathroom**
Your room is furnished with a double bed/mattress, triple wardrobe, drawer unit, bed side tables and full length mirror. There’s a good amount of privacy with no other flats looking into the bedrooms. You will have your own private bathroom which comes with a bath and double shower (overhead and handheld). Overall, your space to make your own! If you were interested in the slightly bigger bedroom with built in wardrobe and ensuite (which I currently use), then happy to discuss that at additional cost.

**Location and transport**
Zone 2 - can be in central London in 20 minutes. Very good transport options - New Cross station is less than a 10 min walk which offers the Overground (to Canada Water/Jubilee line and Shoreditch) and 6 min trains to London Bridge. If you cycle, there’s a great route away from traffic into central London (15/20 mins). Lidl is a 15 min walk and Sainsbury’s/Tesco are a tad further. There’s an array of nice coffee spots, pubs etc. nearby. There’s a park with a cafe/restaurant in the middle a two minute walk from the flat and Greenwich market and park is a stroll away along the river.

**About me**
I’m a 31 year old male - I enjoy being active and anything which involves a sport. Football, hiking, spin and padel is the latest. I have been ticking off gigs at an above average rate, and when I’m in the flat I enjoy the lasted documentary or crime drama!

I’m looking for someone who appreciates the space and will look after it. If you’re interested or have any questions, please do get in touch and let me know a bit about you and what you’re looking for!
