I am moving out of this 2 bed 2 bath flat that I've made my home over the last 1.5 years, and am looking for someone to takeover my lease. Flexible about move out/move in date, but the earlier the better. You'd be sharing common spaces with one female, who has her own private bathroom and is out of the house most hours of the day (and many weekends too).

About the room/flat- The flat came unfurnished, however it has been furnished now and I'm happy to discuss and leave behind some of my bedroom and living room furniture. The bedroom has a built-in wardobe that is spacious, and has the perk of an ensuite bathroom as well. The living room and kitched are shared, and there is plenty of storage space for kitchen items, as well as a storage/utilities cupboard for bigger items (hint: suitcases!). It has all the appliances in-build in the kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). There is a balcony in the living room, and has plenty of natural light (my plants have done very well here!).

About the building- its a new-build (built for renters), right next to the Lewisham train and DLR stations. Very ideal to commute, including several bus options (8 mins to London bridge). There are several big supermarkets within walking distance, and the lewisham shopping mall. The management is very helpful, they organise monthly events and free friday breakfasts every week. I have loved living here, as issues gets dealt with very efficiently, and they make you feel at home.
