Hi!
My names Sam, I'm 28 and I'm currently renting a 2-bed flat in deptford (SE) with a friend, unfortunately he is having to move away, and so I'm looking for someone friendly, empathetic and outgoing to take his place in the flat. I really love meeting new people of all kinds so I'm looking for someone I can hopefully be friends with as well as a roommate. I like to think I'm pretty easy going so all are welcome if interested. LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent friendly!
A little bit about me, at home I love music, playing my guitars, films, gaming, cooking, and just generally having a chill one. Also fond of going out and exploring london and its pubs, culture and raves on occasion. My first love however is physics so my main focus at the moment is working toward a PhD.
The flat itself is in a great location, 5 mins walk from deptford high street and new cross, 5 mins from St Johns station, and a 10-15 minute walk from lewisham station. The room will be furnished with a bed (though if you prefer unfurnished I can ask my flatmate to take it with him) and there is a built in cupboard, and the rest of the flat is already furnished completely by me, though of course you're welcome to come make it into your own space too. You would have your own bathroom right next to your room as there are two in the flat.
High speed WiFi, and bills are already sorted and comes to around £80 a month each give or take. Council tax is band C.
Ideally looking for a professional due to the rental costs but dont mind sharing with students at all if you can prove you can afford the rent or provide a guarantor. I'm personally happy with pets but would have to check with the landlord when referencing! Also, I can have some flexibility on the move in date so don't hesitate to ask.
