Hello, we are looking for a 5th roommate since our friend is moving to Hong Kong for his PHD. The room itself is half of a floor in the house. Sharing it's bathroom with only one other tenant.

You will have not only the main room but a secondary room attached to be used as an office space, recreational room, etc. This room has 2 massive windows one overlooking the garden in the back where we frequently throw BBQs and the one at the front overlooking the Docks & Boats.

We have a living room that is also waterfront, shared kitchen with a dishwasher and two washing machines.

Tesco and gym only two minutes away! (flatmates get 10% tesco courtesy of one of us who work in Tesco HQ)

Transit options include Surrey Quays overground (8 min walk) and Canada Water (10 min walk) as well as Greenland Surrey Quays Pier for an Uber boat (2 minute walk). You can get to Canary Warf in 15 minutes, Shoreditch in 25, and Central in 30.

We are a group of Economists that graduated from Oxford/LSE and Software engineers that have recently moved to London for work. We're all from different backgrounds, currently Newcastle, France & Canada.

We love exploring and travelling, playing board games, going out etc. We're looking for a 20-something professional who we can get along with. Cleanliness and respect of each other and personal/communal spaces is needed.
