It is a beautiful Edwardian 3 bedroom property a stones throw from Hilly Fields park and a 5 mins walk from St Johns station. Lewisham station and Ladywell station are also walking distance away.

It is a 3 bedroom property but only one other person lives there. I am often away so you will often have the home to yourself.

There is a big private garden, great for summer barbecues and socialising.
