I am in the process of making the attic room ready for a tenant in my Victorian Semi Detached home. It is a big space with lots of natural light - 2 velux windows, small kitchenette, shower and toilet.
I live near to Trowbridge Station and it is easy to walk into town or to go on long walks nearby.
I am in my 70s and still working hard.
I am a private person, who works with a lot of people, so enjoys my own time when I am not working.
There is a patio and a lovely small enclosed garden.
Parking is on road but its never a problem and it is free.
If you are interested I would like to know more about you and what you want from a shared house.
Sadly, as it's an attic room, I can't take any pets.
