Light, airy upstairs double bedroom available from the 20th June. Lightly furnished (double bed with wardrobe and shelves, and blinds), but happy to add more/less furniture at your discretion.


Located at Raleigh Place, walking distance from Falmouth centre. 5 min walk from Penmere station, 1 minute walk from Killigrew bus stop. 3min walk from Kimberly Park.


Living room and open dining room. Modern kitchen with storage space, dishwasher and washing machine. Small garden with shed. Street parking on Raleigh Place and surrounding area.


House is fully furnished, and monthly rent includes ALL bills, council tax & broadband.


Currently includes 2 other housemates. I am a wildlife filmmaker and so tend to be out and about a fair bit and other housemate is doing a biology PhD. I keep several species of tropical frog in enclosures (in case that is an issue). Also into fitness and nutrition, so would be nice to share similar interests and sense of humour. Like being quiet in the evenings but also enjoy the sights Falmouth has to offer, meeting friends for drinks, going on walks etc. Vegan & LGBTQ+ friendly!

Ideally suited to someone who does not work from home on account Internet can be very intermittent with large uploads/downloads and video calls (cannot get fibre on this street) and the house tends to lack ‘desk-based’ space. But infrequent wfh days could work.
