Looking for a friendly, respectful and easy going housemate to share the place, alongside one other and myself

A newly renovated spacious 3 bed house with patio and streamside garden.

The Room

Large spacious Comfy Double Room with large wardrobe, drawers and King Bed (space for desk if wanted).

Communal Space (rest of house)

Dining area which can be utilized to work in for some room separation

Spacious modern Living room - Couple of large couches and TV

Toilet and Shower are in separate room

Garden - It's a relaxed quiet area, so would need to be respectful housemates. The garden and patio are there to enjoy, with a large table outside. BBQ and a stream at the bottom. It's a garden nestled in nature.

Bills

Gas/Water/ Electric will be divided equally between all occupying. Council Tax, Internet, TV licence, Netflix all included.

I'd imagine in the £50 -£75 range each per month.

Location
A 15-20 minute walk to town / the beach. Great walks nearby, Tregoniggie Woodland on the doorstep and the green belt walk takes you to the beach. Parking on drive or out the front.

In terms of myself, I'm 34, easy going and work from home as a freelance 3D artist. My partner is doing a PHD in Manchester so I'm often there. I'm active, spend a lot of time in the sea, surf/SUP, football, tennis and socializing.
