Hi! I'm looking for a friendly housemate to share my lovely barn conversion in Perranwell.

A little about me: I'm 29, single, and currently studying nursing. I enjoy getting outdoors for dog walks, paddle boarding, and the occasional adventure, but I'm equally happy with a cosy night in and a good film.

The property is a charming barn conversion and is part-furnished throughout the house. The available bedroom is unfurnished, so you would need to provide your own bedroom furniture.

You'll also be sharing the home with my 5-year-old Cockapoo, who is very laid-back most of the time—although he does get a little overexcited whenever the lead comes out for a walk! 🐶😂

I'm looking for someone easy-going, respectful, and happy to share a relaxed home environment.
