As one of the current tenants is retiring and moving abroad, a bright, comfortable and very spacious double room will become available from 1 September in a lovely two-bedroom house in Higher Town, Truro.

The house is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of Truro city centre and Treliske Hospital. It would be ideal for someone working at the hospital or wanting to live close to town while still enjoying a quiet residential area.

The house is light, fully furnished, welcoming and comfortable, with a lovely small garden, a wood burner and high-speed internet (500 Mbps). Pets are welcome.

You would be sharing the house with just one other person: a mature and friendly man who works in special education and has an interest in psychology, music, and the arts.

We are hoping to find someone who will be a good fit and is looking for a comfortable place to call home for the long term.

We are looking for: A single occupant; someone genuinely seeking a long-term home; a mature (male or female), educated, respectful, reliable and considerate person; an established working professional.
