The house itself is situated just outsude of newquay in Lane. Its an end terrace house at the end of a quiet road in an estate. There is room for one car on the driveway, and also has electric vehicle charging.

There is a shared kitchen, and living room with a toilet downstairs. The kitchen opens out onto the decking and small garden.

There are two avaiable rooms to choose from both on the 1st floor next to the bathroom.

I am looking to have a maximum 6 month rental for the rooms, but would be more then happy to extend that if everything was going smoothly.
