Double bedroom in a three bed bungalow, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Redruth. I am a live in landlord however, I’m only really home one weekend a month and over main holiday periods. I do come with a friendly dog though.

The property has one main family bathroom, a large kitchen diner with patio doors to the garden. The living room has a large sofa and cuddle chair, log burner and wall mounted tv with a fire stick.

There is private parking for three cars on the driveway.

All bills are included; council tax, utilities, wifi etc.. use of the washing machine and tumble dryer if the washing line is no go.

Would suit professional adult. I very much expect house mates to make themselves at home, make full use of the house and not just hide away in their rooms but also keep the house clean ☺️

It’s a ten minute walk to the train station and bus stops within a few minutes walk. Local supermarkets within a couple of miles, 3 miles to Portreath (nearest beach), Carn Marth and Carn Brea are within walking distance too.
