I'm so sad to be leaving this beautiful flat! It's a great space close to the town centre, with a parking space and a sea view from the open plan kitchen and living area.
The layout it great with lots of kitchen surface space, a large kitchen table, big fridge, TV, large bathroom and good size bedrooms. There is also a small spare room which is currently being used for storage but would be great to turn into a yoga/ study space. Please ignore the random small fridge in the middle of the living room, this is being removed soon!
Bills are not included, there is good wifi which costs £16 per month, and we have a top up electricity meter which you and the other housemate will alternate topping up) other bills such as council tax and water will need to be worked out and paid too.
The room is available pretty much straight away as I can move out whenever.
The remaining tenant in the flat is a professional woman in her mid 30's, she's keen to create a nice and calm home where she can relax after work. This isn't a party house and will suit someone who wants the same relaxing vibe to come home to.
