Hi all, 2 other girls and I have a spare room in a 4 bed house in penryn. We're looking for another student to move in July. It'll be about 425pcm plus bills. The house is gorgeous with a small garden and deck, 2 bathrooms, garage, parking space, dishwasher, washer and dryer. We are close to the main campus (about a 10 minute walk) and super close to penryn station (less than 5 minute walk). We're also pet friendly!
