I work in the Midlands full time and would only be here for the odd weekend to see friends and family.

The room is a double with en-suite and fitted wardrobes. There isn’t a bed in at the moment as leaving it to the tenants preference in case they have their own bed. The rest of the house is furnished. Downstairs there is an open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge opens out onto the garden. I have just had Amtico flooring fitted all downstairs and carpets upstairs.
The kitchen has an integrated washing machine, fridge freezer, and dishwasher.

Location wise very close to Richard Lander school, Royal Cornwall Hospital, the college and not far from the city.

There is a driveway for parking.

What I’m looking for:
Someone who is clean, tidy and will respect my home whilst I’m not here. No shoes in the house please.
If gardening is your thing then that would be a bonus as there’s a lovely garden that could do with a bit of love (optional as I’d get a gardener if not).
