Hi and welcome to my home . I'm afraid the photographs are old ,I am currently painting the room I wish to rent.
This home benefits from a new kitchen, and bathroom. New carpets. Freshly painted, some of the rooms need to be finished. The house has solar , air source, and a woodburner. There is off street parking, a huge garden, which is currently occupied by my chickens. I also have a cat .
Hourly bus service to Redruth or Falmouth. Bus stop is a 2 minute walk away. Truro is a 15 minute drive and the same journey time for Falmouth and Redruth.
The Internet can be slow at times. Large T. V downstairs with Amazon Prime . So lots of stuff to watch if that's your thing .
I am looking for someone who can be sociable, open minded and happy to help with the cleaning.
Happy to negotiate the rent for the right person.
No deposit. If you break something replace it or fix it .
Washing machine and tumble dryer outside in the shed .
