I'm looking to lodge out my guest room, ideally to visiting researchers or PhD and Master's students who can't find a place to live/need a place to hold them over for just a couple of months. The room is available during March till May.

Rent is cheap at £500 pcm (£450 if you are a student). All bills are included.

The apartment has a well-furnished kitchen along with a living room, a balcony and a guest/main bathroom. I have an en-suite in my room.

The guest room is fully furnished with a single bed, bookshelf, wardrobe, drying rack, bedside table and a fold-out desk. Additional furniture can be added or purchased on request.
