I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a private student accommodation, the room will be available from June 12th - august 31st.

This is a shared flat with three other girls who are all very quiet and kept together. The room includes an en-suite with a high pressured shower and much shelving.

The bedroom consists of a double bed, built in desk, a floor to ceiling window and extensive storage - under the bed drawers and cupboards, floor to ceiling shelving and a built in wardrobe.

The kitchen and living areas are shared and open plan, including a large window with full sea views and a dishwasher.

All bills and broadband are included in the weekly price with no cap.

No tax

The building has a private post room, washing room and 24/7 security on the premises.

This flat is a 9 minute walk from Falmouth town and is situated along the harbour near the Greenbank hotel.
