We have a large double room available to rent in our student house just outside of falmouth. Due to completely unforeseen circumstances, I am having to move back home and so need to find a replacement tenant asap!

the room includes:

this room is perfect for getting lots of natural light, even in the winter.

The other tenants are honestly some of the nicest people I have ever met, with a huge range of interests and personalities: we have people studying photography, fine art, and even interior architecture! I lived here over the summer and we had regular sea swims and beach days, and loved a chilled evening at the pub. If you're looking for a house that is laid-back without being boring, this is the perfect place!

*bills (water, electricity, WiFi) are not included as they are pay as you go, but even in the winter they usually come to less than £50 total per month.
