Room 1 is a double room in a large house in the heart of Helston. The space is light and airy with a lovely view over the town.

The room ha a shared independent bathroom upstairs and a shower downstairs.

There is both a cat and dog at the property, so no other pets are possible. You will be sharing with three laidback people. There is a large garden to sit in. A spacious kitchen etc.

As I work from home I need tenants to be working 9 - 5 during the week, thanks for your understanding.

Due to the capacity of the facilities in the house it means we can only rent to one person per room. There is a piano and people play music in the house.

The vibe in the house is friendly but people lead independent lifestyles.

The deposit is one month's rent.
