The room is a spacious single room with a sea view and sufficient storage for one person. The window is NE facing, plenty of morning sun, and it's bright throughout the day, as we are on the 2nd floor of the building. The single room cannot fit a desk, so ideally not another working-from-home person.

The flat is close to town and beaches, perfect for surfers and beach lovers, and it comes in handy if you work in town.

Bills are £50 per month.

Off-road camera-controlled parking is available if you have a car.

The flat is stylishly decorated, so I’d love someone who appreciates and takes care of the space as if it’s their own.

You’ll share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with me.

About Me
I’m easy-going, social, but also enjoy recharging at home. I work regular hours from home (from my bedroom, not the living room) during the week and spend my free time running, surfing, gardening at my allotment (expect a steady supply of fresh veggies!), hiking, or brunching on weekends. While I’m an extrovert and often out and about, I value a relaxed home environment where everyone feels at ease.

The room is available for females only and sadly, no pets.
