One double room available within my 3 bed house, which I also live in.
I am looking ideally for a full time worker.
The house is just outside Redruth, easy walking distance from town centre.
Shared use of kitchen, fitted with double oven, dish washer and washing machine, shower room with new walk in shower.
Also a small shed on driveway purely for lodgers use to store bike etc.
I am looking for a lodger who is honest, trustworthy, friendly, working ideally, clean and tidy, and respectful of my home and mixed shifts.

The charge for the room also covers electricity, gas, fibre broadband, water and council tax etc.
The 3 months timeline is when we both review if it's all working out, also I ask for the standard 1 month notice if you decide to move on. The contract is for single occupancy.
