My crockery, cutlery, pots n pans can be used. The driveway, front and rear entrances are covered by CCTV. There is an alternative room which may be available.

This is the Landlord's private home and is a non-smoking, non-vaping and non-drug residence, and no returning to the property intoxicated with alcohol or drugs! There is no objection however to light alcohol consumption inside or to smoking (tobacco) outside.
