As one of the current tenants is retiring and moving abroad, there will be a choice of one comfortable double bedroom in a lovely two-bedroom house in Higher Town.

The house is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of Truro city centre and Treliske Hospital. It would be ideal for someone working at the hospital or wanting to live close to town while still enjoying a quiet residential area.

The house is light, fully furnished, welcoming, and comfortable, with a lovely small garden, a wood burner, and high-speed internet at 500 Mbps. Pets are welcome. The house and all its communal areas will be shared by only two people, making it a comfortable, practical, and functional home.

You would be sharing the house with just one other person: a mature, friendly man who works in special education and is interested in psychology, music, and the arts.

- I am flexible about which bedroom I keep, so either the larger double room or the smaller single room can be made available. I am hoping to find someone who will be a good fit and is looking for a comfortable place to call home for the long term.

- I am looking for: a single occupant, male or female, who is mature, educated, respectful, reliable and considerate, ideally an established working professional who is genuinely seeking a long-term home.
